    About the Speaker:

Brad Scrivner is the CEO of Vast Bank. Since 2012, he’s been responsible for running all facets of the organization.

Before joining Vast Bank, Scrivner served as market president (Tulsa) for Kansas City-based UMB Bank. His pathway into financial services, however, is anything but normal. He began his career as a System & Design Engineer at a nuclear plant, but eventually transitioned into Consultative Sales with Xerox and then Merrill Lynch. This unique background has Scrivner well-positioned to lead Vast Bank in a time where the banking industry is experiencing massive transformation.

Scrivner holds an MBA from William Woods University and received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Missouri. While there, he earned 3 varsity letters as a defensive back on the Missouri Tiger football team.

Scrivner has been married 28 years, and has two grown kids. He loves golf, hiking, sports and hanging out with friends and family.

    About the Guest Speaker:

Natalie Parker currently serves as the EVP/Chief Risk Officer for Vast Bank, N.A. Her area of responsibility includes enterprise risk management, compliance and the Bank Secrecy Act. She has approximately 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, including pervious roles serving as an external audit manager specializing in bank financial statement audits, internal controls and regulatory consulting. Ms. Parker graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking held at the University of Pennsylvania, in partnership with the Wharton Leadership Program.

Vast Bank, N.A. is the first nationally chartered financial institution to offer digital asset custody services. Ms. Parker’s role in developing the digital asset custody product included identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling product related risks, as well as ensuring that the Bank implemented appropriate compliance and BSA programs.
