Principal Technologies Inc. (Oklahoma City) Pam wears two hats - one as President of the Foundation, the 501c3 organization that supports university efforts and student chapters. She simultaneously acts as a VP on the Consortium Board to ensure continuity of communication between the two groups.
Pam is CEO of Principal Technologies, Inc., a prominent staffing company that she has owned since 1998. Their primary focus is the niche markets of IT, Engineering & Accounting as well as Government Services. She strives to create a workplace built on character and integrity. In 2008, Principal Technologies was recognized as a Compass Award recipient in the small business category.

Eide Bailly LLP (Oklahoma City) David a CPA, a native of Oklahoma City, has served as a senior manager at Eide Bailly, LLP since 2000. He heads the audit department in Oklahoma City and has provided consistency and continuity to OK Ethics, as well professional financial statements and our first budget. His company was the first in the large organization to be honored with an OK Ethics Compass Award (2006)

The Bama Companies (Tulsa) Rob is Director of Legal Services and Finance for The Bama Companies, the only Oklahoma company to receive a national Malcolm Baldrige Award. Bama was honored in the large company category by receiving a Compass Award from OK Ethics in 2007.

Rob accepted invitation to serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Rob was invited to remain in this capacity through the FY 2007-08.
August 19, 2008 Rob was asked to accept a role as Vice President of Risk Management (handling insurance coverage for OK Ethics) and to spearhead the newly created "Organizational Spirituality" position. Shannon is Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Leasing Company Southwest and, although she covers several states, is based out of Oklahoma City.
One of the first three among the six Founding Members, Shannon began serving OK Ethics in October, 2003 when the idea of this grassroots organization was first proposed. She participated in the first strategic planning session and set the direction for the OK Ethics statewide development.
2004 In the early days, there was no formal structure. Everyone wore several hats. When the first Board was formed, Shannon assumed the position as OK Ethics's first Vice President of Membership in 2004
September, 2006 Shannon accepted a two year term as President, State Council.

Lynn is President of a prominent staffing group in Tulsa that specializes in accounting and finance placements. Additionally, she is a franchisee of EWF International and provides peer advisory groups for women executives and women business owners.
Long before there was a formal structure, Lynn shared her considerable leadership abilities to launch the OK Ethics initiative. As a founder, she participated in the development of our first website, organizing our first statewide retreat in June, 2004 and helping OK Ethics face the challenges typically encountered by an emerging organization. Since that time, Lynn has served as Founder and President of the Tulsa Chapter since its birth in April 2004. Ever since, she has provided continuity as a voting member of the Board, serving as OK Ethics first President of the State Council over a two year term.

Janice is the former Vice President of Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretary for Devon Energy. As an original member of OK Ethics beginning in December, 2003, Janice has been a guiding light in the development of this organization. Her company lead the way as OK Ethics' first Navigator member when that option was initially offered in 2007. Early on, she joined forces with other energy companies to offer our first panel presentation in 2004.
Assuming an active role in the birth of OK Ethics, Janice has been continuously invited back to serve the organization on an ongoing basis.
Janice was invited to join the Founders Circle as a voting member of the Board on August 19, 2008. Board term limits have not been established for this position.
