Pam is CEO of Principal Technologies, Inc., a prominent staffing company that she has owned since 1998. Their primary focus is the niche markets of IT, Engineering & Accounting as well as Government Services. She strives to create a workplace built on character and integrity. In 2008, Principal Technologies was recognized as a Compass Award recipient in the small business category.

One of the first three among the six Founding Members, Shannon began serving OK Ethics in October, 2003 when the idea of this grassroots organization was first proposed.  She participated in the first strategic planning session and set the direction for the OK Ethics statewide development.

In the early days, there was no formal structure.   Everyone wore several hats.  When the first Board was formed, Shannon assumed the position as OK Ethics's first Vice President of Membership in 2004

Shannon accepted a two year term as President, State Council.

Always willing to serve, Shannon graciously stepped in  to serve as Vice President of Membership and assumed a new dimension as our leader of "Fun".  As such, she will ensure that Board and Committee meetings are energizing experiences.

Long before there was a formal structure, Lynn shared her considerable leadership abilities to launch the OK Ethics initiative.  As a founder, she participated in the  development of our first website, organizing our first statewide retreat in June, 2004 and helping OK Ethics face the challenges typically encountered by an emerging organization.  Since that time, Lynn has served as Founder and President of the Tulsa Chapter since its birth in April 2004.   Ever since, she has provided  continuity as a voting member of the Board, serving as OK Ethics first President of the State Council over a two year term.
