One of the first three among the six Founding Members, Shannon began serving OK Ethics in October, 2003 when the idea of this grassroots organization was first proposed. She participated in the first strategic planning session and set the direction for the OK Ethics statewide development.
2004
In the early days, there was no formal structure. Everyone wore several hats. When the first Board was formed, Shannon assumed the position as OK Ethics' first Vice President of Membership in 2004.

Always willing to serve, Shannon graciously stepped in to serve as Vice President of Membership and assumed a new dimension as our leader of "Fun." As such, she will ensure that the Board and Committee meetings are energizing experiences.

For four years, Pam served as President of the Foundation, the 501c3 organization that supports university efforts and student chapters. She simultaneously acts as a VP on the Consortium Board to ensure continuity of communication between the two groups. Pam is CEO of Principal Technologies, Inc., a prominent staffing company that she has owned since 1998. Their primary focus is the niche markets of IT, Engineering & Accounting as well as Government Services. She strives to create a workplace built on character and integrity. In 2008, Principal Technologies was recognized as a Compass Award recipient in the small business category.
Board Service: September 26, 2007 Pam was invited to serve on the Board as Advisor for a one- year term. August 19, 2008 Appointed to the Foundation Board as Advisor for a one-year term.
August 3, 2009 Pam was invited to serve a one-year term as President of the Foundation Board. July 27, 2010 Invited to serve another one year term as President of the Foundation Board.
June 3, 2011 As part of a reorganization, Pam discontinued her dual role as Vice President of Education for the Consortium Board to fully concentrate on Foundation Board activities.

Since the group's inception in October 2003, Shannon has served as the Director on a non-compensated basis. To ensure continuity, she serves in this capacity on both the Consortium and Foundation Boards. This position serves at the pleasure of the Board and no term limits have been established.

Bob Byrne

Director
Bob served in the role of Foundation President from January, 2005 to September, 2009. Currently, he holds a role as Chief Diplomat on the OK Ethics Consortium Board as well as participating as a Director on the OK Ethics Foundation Board. Bob retired from his role as Ethics Advisor for Boeing Aerospace in Oklahoma City in July, 2009. His extensive background includes Manager of Quality Assurance, Safety and Environmental Affairs for Boeing. In addition, Bob was a Malcolm Baldrige Award examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Award Foundation. Prior to his career with Boeing, Bob was an Air Force pilot. Bob can be contacted at:

Tony is the Vice President, Ethics and Corporate Security, for Chesapeake Energy. In addition to his service on the OK Ethics Board, he has been active on the OK Ethics Education Council and was a judge at the Regional Student Ethics Bowl in San Antonio in September 2009 and again in 2010. Prior to that, Tony was actively involved in selection of scholarship candidates and has sponsored countless students at luncheon events.

Joy was appointed to the OK Ethics Foundation Board because of her enthusiastic support of the Statewide Student Ethics Challenge where she served as a judge in 2010. Most of her experience is in auditing, but she also has experience in accounting, treasury and investor relations. She graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Joy is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Board Service Joy was invited to serve as Treasurer on the Foundation Board for a one year term, effective June 3, 2011.

Colin is the Manager for Oklahoma Natural Gas Systems and Engineering Services. He was appointed to the Foundation Board in June 2012 for a one year term. He also served as a judge in the 2012 Student Ethics Challenge.
