Shannon is Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Holdings and, although she covers several states, is based out of Oklahoma City.

One of the first three among the six Founding Members, Shannon began serving OK Ethics in October, 2003 when the idea of this grassroots organization was first proposed. She participated in the first strategic planninng session and set the direction for the OK Ethics statewide development.

2004
In the early days, there was no formal structure. Everyone wore several hats. When the first Board was formed, Shannon assumed the position as OK Ethics' first Vice President of Membership in 2004.

Always willing to serve, Shannon graciously stepped in to serve as Vice President of Membership and assumed a new dimension as our leader of "Fun." As such, she will ensure that hte Board and Committee meetings are energizing experiences.

Board Service:

Since the group's inception in October 2003, Shannon has served as the Founder/Director on a non-compensated basis. To ensure continuity, she serves in this capacity on both the Consortium and Foundation Boards. David is the chief financial officer for Progressive Resources, an oilfield service company based in Oklahoma with operations across the US.  An experienced accountant, David provides professional direction to the treasury function.  As the organization has grown, he has upgraded the financial statements, recordkeeping functions and developed OK Ethics’ first budget.  He was honored in 2011 for his five years of dedicated service to OK Ethics.

Rob is the Director of Legal Services for the Bama Companies, Inc., a recipient of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Bama was honored as a Compass Award recipient in 2007 and received an Honorable Mention in 2011. In addition to his role at Bama and in OK ETHICS, Rob is a certified State of Oklahoma mediator and the founder of a divorce mediation ministry.  He is also the owner and president of a Tulsa-based sheet metal company.

 Lynn is President of a prominent staffing group in Tulsa that specializes in accounting and finance placements. Additionally, she is a franchisee of EWF International and provides peer advisory groups for women executives and women business owners.

Long before there was a formal structure, Lynn shared her considerable leadership abilities to launch the OK Ethics initiative. A "go to" person in the area of legal ethics, Myrna attended the second meeting ever held in this organization, back in 2003. In fact, she was one of OK Ethics' first presenters and her white paper can be found in the Articles & Press area of our website. (See "The Role of Lawyers in Corporate Responsibility") We are deeply grateful for Myrna's service as she keeps a very busy schedule in her role as attorney/shareholder for one of Oklahoma's most prestigious
law firms.

Myrna served as a consultant to the organization and provided advice as the group developed and was formalized. She was subsequently appointed to the first formal Consortium Board and has played a crucial role in establishing both the Consortium and Foundation as non-profit organizations.
